Executive Assistant/Office Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Canadian Premier League is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant/ Office Administrator. This person will work directly with the executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, routing correspondence responding to e-mails, and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place such as; dinners, galas, and staff appreciation events
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders with suppliers when necessary
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism amongst staff and clientele

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Experience reporting directly to upper management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills with impeccable time management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
